Apple is recalling 1.8 million Powerbook and iBook lithium-ion batteries made by Sony.
They were sold with Apple iBook G4 and PowerBook G4 computers from October 2003 through this month, according to the USA safety commission.The affected notebooks include the 12-inch iBook G4, the 12-inch PowerBook G4, and the 15-inch PowerBook G4.
