Law in Action- Is copying theft?

The latest episode from BBC Radio 4 programme Law in Action features a panel discussion on the impact of new technology on the law of ideas. The web is a great information resource. But when you download a song, email a photo or quote from a document, do you realise you might be stealing? On the panel is Andrew Gowers, author of the recent government report, and in the audience Prodig subscriber Ian Reynolds, who was also recently featured in an earlier programme.
