Eye-fi is a 2gb SD card that has a built in wireless capability to upload JPEGs to your home network on PC or MAC.
Once you have installed the Eye-fi software on your wireless-capable computer, your card is married to your home network. Slot it into your camera and anytime it is in range of your network (up to 45 feet indoors) it automatically transmits your pictures over a secure connection from camera to computer.
In your camera it acts like a normal memory card and will store any file format including RAW. But when it comes to transmitting it will only handle JPEGs. Other files can be downloaded using a standard card reader.
Although aimed fairly and squarely at the consumer market it may have some merits in the pro bag too.
Currently available only in the USA at $99.99
