Make sure you can always receive List and & Listmom messages

With the ongoing growth in Spam many ISPs regularly update their spam control methods.

As a result you may find posts from Prodig and the Prodig Listmoms get caught in the spam trap! The upshot is that our emails to you repeatedly get bounced and after a while our server puts you on ‘hold’. If you don’t do anything about it your subscription will eventually get trashed.

THE REMEDY
Make sure you login to the email control panel that your ISP provides for you… find the section where you can nominate certain addresses as always allowed (frequently known as a ‘White List’) and add both of our domains to that List…
