National Photography Symposium

Prodig listowner Ed Horwich will be chairing one of the debates, The Collective and the Library, at the forthcoming National Photography Symposium taking place in Manchester from 19th to 21st June 2009.

It is intended to be a major gathering place for ideas and discussion about photography. The weekend includes around 20 different events – debates, keynote presentations, panel sessions, and more offbeat activities – with various threads running throughout – fine art, publishing, museum and archives, photojournalism and documentary, community, editorial and commercial.
There’ll be plenty of opportunities for networking and chatting in convivial surroundings.
