BTinternet outage

There was a suspected mailserver outage by the BTinternet ISP on Saturday 26 September. This caused Prodig messages to some subscribers to be rejected. As a result the automated systems on Prodig kicked in and temporarily suspended mail being sent to these subscribers.

(BT also manage some Yahoo services, so Yahoo mail addresses were also affected)

If you have been affected, its easy to reset your account and receive messages once more. Just login to your Prodig account and uncheck the “No Mail” option.
